Meet the Team

Tim Gibbs is a graduate in modern languages with twenty years experience in the metal stockholding industry. Following ten years with French aluminium producer Pechiney Tim formed MCA UK with business partner Stuart Burns in 1997. An active member of the Aluminium Stockholders Association and widely respected in the industry Tim brings a wealth of experience to his role as Sales Director.

Debbie Field has over thirty years experience in the metal stockholding and end-user markets combining the roles of Financial Accounts manager and Import/Export administrator. Her experience and qualifications in Import/Export procedures, Letters of Credit and EU Custom Procedures & Export Licenses supports MCA UK's position as an established global trading company.

Stuart Burns is a BSc Honours graduate in Applied Science and in Strategic Business Development from Ashridge Management College. With over thirty years experience in the metals industry and a frequent writer on metals markets and global trade Stuart's role at MCA is largely that of financial manager and executive Chairman.

Ramesh Dhar graduated as a B.E. Mech. Engg from the National Institute of Technology at Kashmir University in 1985 and has over 20 years of experience in the Aluminium industry with extensive domestic and international supply experience. Ramesh joined us in 1997 but then moved in 2001 to manage sales in the Middle East before returning as our Country Head in 2009. Like all great salesmen Ramesh is committed to customer service and looking after the needs of his clients.
