How We Excel?
MCA UK’s stock range is simple yet broad. Simple in that the company only carries two alloys 6082 and 5083, broad in that it carries bars and sections from (12.7mm) diameter up to 16 (410mm) diameter and plates from 6mm to 150mm thick. Bar lengths are the industry standard at 5 & 4-meter and plates are stocked as 1250/1500mm wide x 2500/5000mm long meeting 90% of our customer’s everyday requirements.
That’s the standard range, however with access to some of the most sophisticated mills in the world and with weekly deliveries to its warehouse in the West Midlands, MCA is frequently asked to supply less common 2000 and 7/000 series alloys in a range of tempers and forms. Usually, even small orders of a few tons in these less common alloys can be accommodated as they are shipped with inbound bulk stock orders.
All material is delivered with mill test certificates to 5.1 EN 10204 as standard but in addition, third-party inspection by DNV, ABS, BV, LRS, and other inspection agencies can be arranged.
Delivering Quality
